We currently ship to all areas in Indonesia.

Shipping Couriers & Options

For order via website, we use the following courier for shipment:

  • JNE (

There are 3 delivery options:

  • JNE REG (1 - 7 days, usual ETA 2-3 days exclude weekend & public holiday)
  • JNE OKE (2 - 10 days, usual ETA 3-5 days exclude weekend & public holiday)
  • JNE YES (1 - 2 days, include weekend & public holiday)

However, for order made via whatsapp / line@, we can use other courier services (when requested by customer) such as : 

  • SiCepat (
  • TIKI (
  • J&T (

Shipping Duration

Please allow 1 - 5 working days for domestic shipment, depending on the destination. More distant cities might require longer shipping time. Delay might also occur due to public holiday.

Shipping Schedule

When placing order on our webstore, please take into consideration that our working days are Monday to Friday. Payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will possibly be checked on the next business day. 

Once we shipped your order, you wil receive a notification email with delivery tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track your order.

Please note that above statement is only valid for succesful orders. Orders that are not paid yet / not paid in full will not be shipped until payment problems have been addressed. 


We are sorry to inform you that we do not accept any refund of your purchase. 

Alternatively, we offer 14 days exchange policy of any unworn item purchased. Please return no longer than 14 days after goods is received by customers. 

Details of our exchange policy:
  • Exchange policy is only applied for goods purchased with wrong size / color. Please return the goods within 14 days after you received the products. If you return the items exceeds the time limit, we will ship it straight back to you as we cannot accept it.
  • Exchanged items must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed or used in any ways, complete with tags, label, and invoice.
  • Please let us know in advance via whatsapp or email which products you would like for exchange as we need to check the availability of the stock.
  • Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges of returning the items.

  • Once the goods have been received and passed our quality control team, we will return the right products (with requested size and / color) to you via courier. The delivery will take around 2 - 5 working days.
